Here are the complete list of requirements for 2018 Civil Service Exam for Professional and Subprofessional levels courtesy of CSC. 

Note: All applicants must strictly meet the following qualification requirments:

• Must be Filipino Citizen
• At least 18 years old 
• Has not been found guilty of crime involving moral turpitude or of infamous, disgraceful or immoral conduct, dishonesty, drunkenness or addiction to drugs;
• Has not been previously found guilty of offenses relative to, or in connection with the conduct of a civil service examination; and
• Has not been dismissed from the service for cause.

Application Requirements:

1.APPLICATION FORM - Fully accomplished application form (download it here). The 'Signature' and the 'Right Thumb mark' as per CSC shall be left blank as this will be accomplished in the presence of CSC representative/ processor. 

2. ID PICTURES - 4 pieces of passport sized photos with name tag and signature, taken at the recent 3 months from the time of application

3. VALID ID - Original and photocopy of any of the following valid ID card:

• Driver’s License
• SSS ID
• GSIS ID
• Philhealth 
• UMID
• current Company/Office ID
• current School ID
• Postal ID, BIR ID
• Barangay ID, Voter’s ID
• Valid Passport
• Police Clearance

Note: if the ID of the applicant doesn't contain the birth date, he/she shall bring the authenticated birth certificate. 

4.EXAMINATION FREE –  P500 for PPT and P600

• Application receipt and exam slip
• Pencil and Black Ball pen
• Valid ID
