How to Partition disk in Windows 7, 8 and 10


You don't need to install windows OS again to make a partition or use a software to partition your hard drive. Windows OS has a features to partition your hard drive and isn't hard and usually take only a few minutes to do.

How to Partition disk in Windows 7, 8 and 10
1. For Windows 7 click start -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools and click Computer Management and new window will appear. Or just use the search and type Partition


2. Under Computer Management click Disk Management



3. In Disk Management, right-click the volume that you want to shrink, and then click Shrink Volume. In our example we use C drive.


4. Now enter the amount of space to shrink in MB in our example, I inputted 10000 and click Shrink.


5. A new unallocated space will appear



6. Right-click to unallocated space and then click New Simple Volume and Welcome to the New Simple Volume Wizard will appear just click Next

7. Specify the volume size of disk in MB, if you don't want to change just click Next


8. On the Assign Drive Letter Or Path page, specify your desire drive letter and then click Next.



9. Choose whether you want to format this volume then click Next


10. Click Finish and  windows management tool will now show the space configured as a new partition.

How put password in your Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access file in windows




Some of us has an important file that save in Microsoft word or in Excel, at some point we don't want to open by somebody to manipulate it such as a project in a business. Also, some of us use ms word, ms excel or ms access to save our information like personal information and even a password. By protecting your document using a password to prevent unauthorized access to your file.

How put/add password in your Microsoft Word and Excel 2016 office



Note: I am using 2007 version of Microsoft Office in this tutorial.

How put password in your Microsoft Word and Excel:
1. Open Microsoft Word document.
2. Click the Microsoft Office button.
3. Click the Prepare.
4. Under Prepare choose Encrypt Document.



5. Now enter the desired password and click OK


6. Now Confirm Password dialog box appears.
7. Click OK.
8. If someone try to open your file it will ask a password.



 How put password in your Microsoft Access:

1. Open Microsoft Access file.
2. Click Database Tools.
3. Under Database Tools select Encrypt with Password.



4. Now input your desired password and verify.



5. Click OK.
6. If someone try to open your file it will ask for a password.

How to save Microsoft Word or Excel file in PDF or XPS file


Microsoft word and Microsoft excel it help us to our job like making a letter and for computing a data or making some project. Its simply get the job more easier. But what if your Boss or your Employer ask you to save such a PDF or XPS?
Here are some steps to save in PDF or XPS.

Note: I am using 2007 version of Microsoft office in this tutorial.

Before we start you need to download this add-in to you Microsoft Office 2007 to allow you to export and save in PDF and XPS format. Microsoft Office 2007 PDF XPS add-in

How to save Microsoft Word or Excel file in PDF or XPS file:
1. Open Microsoft Word or Excel document.
2. Click the Microsoft Office button.
3. Hover your cursor to Save As and click PDF or XPS.



4. Choose your desired File name and type then click Publish.
